I Got My New Lens…Finally!

I have been drooling over this lens for quite some time and finally saved enough money to fund my hobby. Canon makes the 24-70mm f/2.8L lens I just had to have. So I picked up the lens last week and have been shooting away like mad. Here are some photos I took for a birthday at Chuck E Cheese for my friends daughter Jaylene. Labor Day Weekend at the Beach

That time has come to enjoy some fun in the sun, fresh air from the breeze, the sound of the waves hitting the sandy shore and company of great friends and family. A day at Huntington Beach awaited us as we arrived early to avoid the traffic and hassles of parking. Summer Concert in the Park - Surfing Safaries

It's Summer in Brea and its that time of the month for Concerts in the Park. Today we got the opportunity to listen to the group Surfing Safaries. They were awesome to listen to and the performance was fantastic! It was a challenge to take photos of the concert since the subject was backlit by the sun. Orange County Fair 2008

Another summer, another fair. This time of the year the Orange County Fair opens up there gates and provides the surrounding communities to some fun, food and exciting shows. We had a blast watching the acrobatic stunts, eating turkey legs and of course an assortment of desserts!!! Nolan’s First Birthday Bash

Happy birthday Nolan!!! Today Nolan celebrated his first birthday at the local community center. The kids had a great time getting their faces painted, eating food and playing at the playground.
